Facilities

Please note: Dr. Evans has retired and this practice is no longer accepting new patients or performing surgery. The information below is preserved as a historical record of the facilities used during his practice. For continued care, see Contact Us for information about Dr. C. Carson Huynh, his personally endorsed successor.

Facial Aesthetic Surgery LLC (T. William Evans, D.D.S., M.D., F.A.C.S.) gave up its office/surgicenter after 40 years. Grant Medical Center had constructed a new, state-of-the-art surgery facility, the Grant Surgical & Heart Center, where Dr. Evans performed all of his surgery in his later years of practice.

Dr. Evans preferred a general anesthetic for most procedures, believing this to be the safest anesthesia to use for facial aesthetic surgery procedures. Grant Surgical & Heart Center provided a board certified anesthesiologist for the general anesthesia used in these surgical procedures. The September 2013 issue of Consumer Reports gave the Grant Surgical & Heart Center the highest rating for Surgery Safety.

The practice had a long term arrangement with the Sheraton at Capitol Square (previously Hyatt) to accommodate out-of-town patients (25% of patients) or any patient who had multiple procedures performed. Often a Registered Nurse would stay in an adjoining / connected room for the first night after surgery, if multiple procedures had been performed, at no charge for the nurse's time. The Sheraton is 2 blocks from the Grant Surgical & Heart Center.

After giving up the office/surgical center, Dr. Evans saw his patients in a suite at the Sheraton at Capital Square (Suite 2102). Patients gave very positive feedback regarding this arrangement, and valet parking was complimentary.
