Chemical Peels (Superficial)

A chemical peel of the superficial layers of skin using 70% Glycolic Acid. Studies have shown that 70% Glycolic Acid has a positive effect on the all important dermis portion of the skin. Other superficial chemical peels and microdermabrasion only affect the epidermis and the results are not long-term. The patient is able to resume normal activity immediately. Usually used with our “aggressive skin program” for patients who do not require laser skin resurfacing. Procedure usually performed by one of our nurses or our Fellow.

Fee Range: $100 per peel (We no longer accept credit cards)

Chemical Peels (Medium Depth)

A deeper (medium depth) chemical peel with Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) is also possible. This requires approximately one week of downtime. This can also be performed in our office.

Fee Range: $1,500 – $2,500 (We no longer accept credit cards)
